Antigravity Retail Execution
Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This notice explains how the web and mobile service handles workforce and retail execution data. It applies to users whose organization has provided them an account.
Information the service handles
- Account information such as name, phone number, role, organization, and assigned region.
- Precise device location for attendance, store check-in, field route coordination, and live supervisor visibility while a work shift is open, including approved background updates.
- Retail execution evidence such as task responses, checklists, photos, issue reports, stock observations, store-manager signatures, timestamps, and related GPS metadata.
- Limited device and service diagnostics needed for secure sessions, synchronization, delivery failures, auditing, and support.
How information is used
Information is used to operate assigned retail work, verify attendance and store visits, provide authorized management reporting, synchronize offline work, secure tenant access, investigate incidents, and maintain audit history. Structured AI review may inspect submitted retail evidence and produce risk scores, explanations, or correction suggestions. AI cannot give final approval; an authorized human reviewer makes every final approval, rejection, or correction decision.
Live and background location
The mobile app collects precise location after a field user chooses to clock in and grants device permission. Collection can continue when the app is in the background or closed so authorized supervisors can see the current field position and coordinate visits. A persistent Android notification or iOS background indicator may appear while the operating system allows tracking.
Clock-out and logout stop the background task. Denying background permission leaves app-open updates available, while attendance and store verification can still require foreground GPS. Live-location pings are scheduled for deletion after 48 hours and are not used for advertising.
Who can access information
Field users can access their own assigned work and location history. Only authorized managers and supervisors within the same tenant and permitted organizational scope can access team location or review evidence. Tenant row-level security and private evidence authorization prevent ordinary users from accessing another customer's data. Service infrastructure and configured AI providers process only the information needed to provide their contracted function. Personal information is not sold and is not shared for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Live-location pings use the short retention period described above. Task, evidence, attendance, approval, status-history, and audit records are retained according to the customer's service terms, operational requirements, and any applicable legal hold. Backup copies follow the configured backup retention schedule. Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion through their organization administrator. Some audit, security, contractual, or legally required records may need to be retained.
Your choices
- Cancel the in-app location disclosure instead of starting a location-enabled shift.
- Deny or revoke foreground or background location permission in device settings.
- Clock out to stop work-shift background tracking.
- Ask your organization administrator to review, correct, export, or delete account data.
Service operator and contact
Antigravity Retail Execution is supplied to business customers under a service agreement. The legal platform operator is the developer identified in the applicable app-store listing and customer agreement. Your organization administers your account and access permissions. Start privacy or data requests with your organization administrator; the platform privacy contact is provided in the service agreement and store listing.
